River Alerts SMS's from twitter -problems?

It's been working fine for me now, and I got the last two texts from the river alerts.
Have ye been getting them?

I just tried to set myself up and "twitter" says the iww alerts no longer exists.

I signed up last night with no problems, and got that test text soon after.
