Does anyone know what reading the green line on the Upper Liffey Gauge represents?

haven't figured out what the runnable & high levels are yet for the graph - hopefully with the recent rain we'll be able to get it sorted soon.
If anyone got to have a run on the river over the week-end, let me know what day, and around what time and we'll work out the lines from there....
Joe.

The green "runnable" line has been set to 45 cm, it will appear on the graph after the next update. We'll require further info for the red high water line.
