Any progress on the clean up? Any sign of fish kills?
I had a look at the EPA website, the 95%tile flow for the river is 1.1m3/s and the DWF ,dry weather flow, is 0.25m3/s. A spill of 0.3m3 of oil into this river at one moment would be relatively large.
Sean, can you email me anything you got from the EPA, I will email them a more few questions. How long was the oil was leaking for? If the oil had been leaking for weeks it might have had time to disperse.
Tim, do they look like they will pay up for damage to your kayaking gear?
