Where to go? Grade 4-5 this winter...

Hi all.

Myself and a couple of friends will be catching the ferry from Wales,Uk to Rosslare at some point this winter. We have about a week to spend paddling in Ireland.

My questions to you guys are:

When should we come?

What region offers us the best class 4 - 5?

Should we tie a trip in with one of the creek race?

Which one?
