hi guys, vertigo outdoor are running a rec 2 first aid on 28 and 29 April. the course will be run in the lucan area and is recognized by Canoeing Ireland as being suitable for level 2 instructors and any outdoor people who want to brush up on their first aid skills. for more info or to book a place check out the link below.
