Any water on the Avonmore today 19 Mon July?

Hi All, Just wondering if there is any water on the Avonmore for a run in the morning? Thanks in advance. 
I was down by avoca on the river all day and it was Flying along dropping towards the end of the day but well up and running fast and brown. Watch out for trees and debris in the river as alot of logs and large trees passed us.
