a few tonne of rock has come down from upriver, the pipe isnt reliable to judge river level... actually it may not be there anymore.

I dont think it really effects the river at all, just makes the get in less scrappy...

on that note i think some rocks were shifted from the scrappy bit further down where ya have to slide down and duck under the trees... its was fairly easy to pass today. also did someone trim the trees?

This is a medium level (IMHO). the rapids were fairly covered.

Probably something to do with the 70mm of rain that fell on monday last (30th Nov).
