New word for the kayakng Lexicon

Post by bryanrichardson » Tue Nov 24, 2009 3:46 pm

Shuttle bunny
Air brace
Burning man

And now a new word to possibly join the kayak lexicon:

E-paddler: (copyright W.M 2009)

Definition. one who when observed online appears to be our country's answer to Tao Berman but when observed on the water is, in fact, a bit Jedward.

Any more entries for the lexicon welcome.

For Jedward I could always change tv station to get away, but what do I do if the E-paddler is on every station?

We would leave home in the morning and could play all day, as long as we were back before it got dark. No one was able to reach us and no one minded!

Classic, i feel a paddler - english dictionary coming on.

Still i feel that when you put yourself up like that, you will get knocked if you dont back up talk with action.
I am proud to be rubbish online and on the rivers

there is a great book by William Nealy called "Kayak" that has a great "glossary of riverese" in the back

some really funny ones, fairly sure E-paddler isnt in it. someone should drop him a mail so its in the next edition!
