I have a large house, ex nursing home, 500 metres from the bridge at Clare Glens Newport to let out on a nightly self catering basis. All mod cons. € 20 pppn

Thanks for posting on the site. I hate driving to rivers, I love to chill out for a while before I set off on a river so I'm sure that myself and some of my friends from Galway will definitely be staying there at some stage and I'm sure you'll get some good interest from people from Dublin also.

I've replied to your mail but for ref.
I have 3xSingle rooms, 2xTwin and 1 Double bed rooms at the moment. The house has lots of room and as an ex paddler, (60’s-70’s Tiglinn), if necessary for a large contigent there is another large “bedless” room where I know at least ten of us would have fitted.
Advance notice is no problem, a call will suffice. If all came to all for access I can arrange a key drop. Rate will be €20pppn. All facilities except bar but reccommendations are available. Phone 0861680800
