is anyone running a rec3 1st aid course or know of on being run?
i am living in mallow co. cork but can travel within reason.

You could try and organise one yourself and get the ICU to email the dates to trainee instructors who'll need a REC before assessment. Or find out who is doing the instructor course in Cork listed on the calendar below, they might be interested in making up the numbers.
