Releases happen all the time, mostly unscheduled and in response to rainfall.

For scheduled releases I would be your best bet. None are planned for the next few months.

Planned Releases are rare and I don't post releases online for lots of reasons. There hasn't been one in a long time, due to an issue with a local fisherman, which I'm not going to get into here. But it looks as if it will be back to normal for the winter. We use the releases wisely, releases always coincide with training trips etc. that require prior planning. I usually give Benny in the ICU, some of the lads from IFS, UL lads and Galway OFB's, a heads up some weeks before hand. And we like to take full advantage the release so all are welcome, but people must let courses have their space on the river.
