Your position in the ranking will be used to determine whether you will make the Irish team or not. Ranking is made up from your best two results in Ranking Competitions. Ranking competitions can include any of last years 3 Ranking competitions which were Comp One 26 of April 2014, Irish Open 20 September 2014 & End of year Wrap up Comp 8 of November 2014, or this years Clare event, Comp One on March 28th 2015.
Below is listed the minimum team numbers and the maximum team numbers
The minimum team for the worlds would be
4 Senior Men
2 Senior Women
The maximum team for the world would be
8 Senior Men
4 Senior Women
Competition ranking and attendance at development days are a requirement for a team place.
Development Squad days are required attendance.
Full Access to a surf kayak is also a requirement, for training and competing.
Anyone competing should attempt to get to as many of these as possible,
1: To improve their surfing
2: To gain an understanding of the rules
3: To build a good team spirit.
The Worlds are just 124 days away. It is going to take a lot of organising to get a team and boats over to Spain. We will all need to work together training and organising for the worlds.

You need to enter your details for the individual event yourself.The Team will be entered after the Ranking Comp on the 28th of March 2015. There will be a team meeting directly after the Ranking Competition on the 28 of March 2015.
