Thanks for posting this.Thank you and the rest of the committee of the Training Unit for all the work that it does. I would imagine that it has been very interesting, challenging and frustrating at times recently.

My questions

What are the change that we as a part of Canoeing Ireland need to make ?

What would be short term objectives, mid term objectives and long term objective that should happen to improve the Training and Development Unit as suggested in option 4.

I am have another question about how we define our relationship with the other branches of Canoeing Ireland and what we can do for them but not sure how to phrase it.
