Collapse of a bridge in the centre of Leenane, due to rain!!

A bridge in the centre of Leenane collapsed after its arches was swept away following three hours of torrential rain; the second arch collapsed a short time later.

Pretty crazy. I saw this in the Irish Times yesterday too. Apparently there was a lot of mud contributing the problem due to land sliding into the river upstream.
We would leave home in the morning and could play all day, as long as we were back before it got dark. No one was able to reach us and no one minded!

Is it these ones by any chance???
Erriff Waves and the Bundorracha Hole. The hole on the Bundorracha is at the very bottom of the run and is tidal. Directions to the two waves on the Erriff are on the comments section of that page.
