Club Insurance

How do Kayak clubs setup their insurance to cover them against accidents on the water?
Or do all club members need personal liability cover?

Limerick Kayak club has its own insurance and has done for a very long time. 3rd party liability on and off the water. Never had a claim. I'll see if I can find out who its through and get more info.

Hi Max,
The policy is with Robertson Low insurance brokers. http://www.robertsonlow.ie/ I'm in Australia at the moment so I don't have the policy details to hand. Hope this helps.
