CGR 12 is Go! The Clare Glens Race is back and this time it's open. Following the success of the Flesk Race's open format the event will be open to all competent racers (Competentcy at Organisers discretion). The Race will be held on either the 7th or 8th of January and a Provisional call will be made on water levels on friday the 6th and a final call on the morning of the race. CGR 12 is Go!

Registration is open tomorrow (SAT) from 9.30 till 10.30, hoping to get the first racers on the water by 11.

As I said before, if anyone doesnt want to compete but would still like to come down then we'd really appreciate your help with rescue. Just say it to whoevers doing registration on the morning of the race.

Looking ok for levels. I'd expect that it'll be about .35 at least. The last time the event was on it was about that level. The land around is absolutely saturated and it's got that steady drizzle outside right now......
