Limerick Kayak club has its own insurance and has done for a very long time. 3rd party liability on and off the water. Never had a claim. I'll see if I can find out who its through and get more info.

Any progress on the clean up? Any sign of fish kills? I had a look at the EPA website, the 95%tile flow for the river is 1.1m3/s and the DWF ,dry weather flow, is 0.25m3/s. Any chance someone at SKC could add a guide for the Boyle river. How much oil is there? A few lumps in some eddies or a complete slick. The EPA used to put up on there website when there were large spills into rivers. http://www.epa.ie/news/incidents/recent/ Not sure if they haven't the money to keep updating the page of haven't heard of this incident.
