Hey mike, I think the glens gauge is slightly off at the moment. Just based on Saturday its saying that it was around .8 around 11 if i'm correct but it peaked at around .7 that day and had dropped off to .5 at around 2pm. That makes it a big fat liar. Its something called the Brown Claw, or maybe the Bear Claw, or maybe just The Brown.
Its very annoying when your watching the vid. How dare they include their in-jokes in a for public consumption video.

You probably shouldn't have named the thread "Rumour Mill" if your looking for credible feedback.

Now I wouldn't know what the definition of recklessness is but if I knew that people sometimes used a river running through my land and then I put up a bit of barbed wire through that river I think people might call me reckless...... Even if I didn't know that people used the river I'd have to be aw...

Tree down on the Slaheny
Theres a tree down after the first major rapid. Its about 300 metres down stream around the bend. You can tuck in real tight if you need to but beware.

Kerry Water levels
If anyone has been in south kerry recently Or is going there today or tomorrow can ye let us know if the water that is falling from the sky (also known as rain) is having any effect on the rivers.....
