Tuam Gauge -- Vandalised
Hey, The Tuam gauge was vandalised on Paddys Days. Little B*****ds took the main control box and smashed it. Luckily i found parts of it lying around and salvaged some of it, hopefully it'll still be useable. The phone is gone so i'll have to replace with a new modem. So if you plan on instal...

Deel Gauge - Down
Hey
Unfortunately the floods this winter have taken the sensor at the deel.
I've removed the gauge and will replace once i get another sensor sorted.
If anyone would like to donate to this it be very appreciated. Rough cost of new sensor €50

Re: Glens Gauge out of credit
Thanks for that Seanie Back in the country now, I'll keep an eye on it Muireann and correct it (if there is a problem) ASAP. I apologise for the in-accuracy and i'd hate if you had travelled all the way from Cork thinking it was running when it wasn't, that would have been a shame  Fergal nice ...

Re: Access to Tuam feature
Just to re-iterate what John was saying, i was talking to both landowners re installing the guage, both had no problems but Mr. Dillion (His name is actually Mr Dillion that owns the house there not Mr. Mannion) did say he didn't like people crossing the wall for the reasons mentioned above. I usual...

Re: Another River Gauge! - the Limerick Deel
Not sure Adrian, Deel seems to rise little after heavy rain, i'd say the white river might be more responsive.
The White river was my next project but probably Tuam first then White river.

Re: Upper Liffey Gauge
Hey Guys, The new version of software on the gauges allows for an update to be sent once the river reaches a certain trigger level, this will allow people to see when for example the river starts running. Its already setup on the Glens and i think on the Liffey one too. Seanie has a new Gauge page w...

Re: Gauge alternative
Hey, I think people are jumping the gun alittle, i don't have correct figures right now but approx price for actual river gauges built is less than €200 excluding time etc, most expensive parts being pressure sensor and solar panel. The solar panel is optional, at the moment the glens gauge is run...
