Re: Challenging the Principle of EDICT

Firstly thanks Eoin for the response, and no hurry with responding again I know you are very busy. EDICT is simple, it works. Yes EDICT is simple but the question is who does it work for? The answer is that it works for a novice instructor at basic delivery on a key stroke. This is where the huge we...

Challenging the Principle of EDICT

Re: Resignation of President and Executive of Canoeing Irela

GalwayFest has always stated its desire to be officially recognised by Canoeing Ireland and has, for both years of its existence provided insurance to those competing who have CI membership which was the vast majority. This year CI also provided us with bibs, a great help! Thanks on behalf of the 11...

Re: Resignation of President and Executive of Canoeing Irela

I think we need to hear from more people on the TDU committee on this proposed split(maybe we already have). Whether it is viable or not. I know its bound to be a sensitive issue for many reasons but it would be good to get their view. http://tdu.ie/index.php/committee/ Is this still the current com...

Re: Resignation of President and Executive of Canoeing Irela

Re above: Just an opinion based on talking to a lot of people. Don't know if this is even at all plausible. Just seems that people should be given an option of where their membership fee goes. Re: Resignation of President and Executive of Canoeing Irela

ICU seems to have too much baggage to be a good representative for Irish paddling. The TDU should split from the organisation and membership fees should go directly to them until such a time as they sort out their many issues.

Petition anybody?
