Unfortunately not much will be running in June. Most rivers are rain dependent. Also, because of liability/insurance quirks whitewater gear isn't widely available to rent (I think).

What I heard was that the issue was around procedure for the selection of the new CI CEO. There might be more, but I think thats the crux of it. No idea, but I'd like to hear whats going on too. Having said that, I doubt it's anything as serious as some of the issues from 2010/2011, from what I've seen the Canoe Ireland board, volunteers and staff have done some great work since then.
