Your point seems to be that you want to convince your manufacturer that what happened should be covered by their warranty, and the only thing you have said to support this...

I will consider the new Jackson boat as it looks good.
Mine was one of two, local owned, boats under a year old that split near the seat. Not from direct impact, not from a pin or a swim, not from being dropped or driven over.

So you would like a creek boat manufacturer with a minimum two-year warranty and a no-quible policy? Those seem like very high expectations. I'm not saying your boat was broken through your error. I'm quite sure a boat is meant to be able to run a river with out cracking and if it is sold as a creeker it should be durable! So any one who can drive have any ideas, please.
