The Easkey River in Sligo is a good run,its solid Grade 3,some really nice drops and stuff on it.

Glens gauge is still in a bucket as far as I know. It was at 0.1 on Sunday though,a few were out there doing some safety training.

Don't think anyone has been out since.

you need to get your hands on a data cable to hook it up to your pc.
heres a nifty little program called gpsbabel thats useful for importing/exporting coordinates.

I recently bought a Garmin sat nav and I'm wondering how I download those files to my sat nav exactly?

When I clicked on the link the files opened up in another window but it doesn't have appeared to have saved to the sat nav.
