Theres a place called the Clare Glens in Newport,Co. Tipp(about 30/40 mins from Limerick city),theres some drops and stuff on that,may have been photgraped before for stuff but its easy to access and theres a path to follow to see all the drops. The Easkey River in Sligo is a good run,its solid Grade 3,some really nice drops and stuff on it. We ran it Paddys weekend,it was very low and scrapey,there was enough water for the drops to run, but it meant dragging yourself over some rocks. It was fun but I'd say it would be a great run with high...

Glens gauge is still in a bucket as far as I know. It was at 0.1 on Sunday though,a few were out there doing some safety training.

you need to get your hands on a data cable to hook it up to your pc. heres a nifty little program called gpsbabel thats useful for importing/exporting coordinates. they are such a useful river tool I got one of those with it alright,it was connected earlier on when I was trying to download those co...

I recently bought a Garmin sat nav and I'm wondering how I download those files to my sat nav exactly?
When I clicked on the link the files opened up in another window but it doesn't have appeared to have saved to the sat nav.
