I doubt anyone is going to buy, tax, and insure an additional car rather than pay the 800 euros extra. If someone does, please send them my way I've got a bridge I want to sell them.

I have to say I disagree, for some of us it is a very big deal

Yep it's widespread enough unfortunately. I've found nightlines in wicklow a few times now, though almost always while fishing myself, not exactly something paddlers would notice much.
Normally just cut the lines and take them with me, very hard to prove who did it unless you catch them in the act ...

A bit off topic but desperados is available here as well. Some nightclubs do stock it.

Attempting to speak french no matter how bad is a good plan. People seem to automatically assume that since youre speaking english you must actually be english which obviously gets you nowhere.

Double dutch paddles lost on roe

We lost a set of double dutch paddles on the roe in derry today. Most likely lodged under rocks above the dogs leap.
Name and phone number is on the paddles.

What sort of paddling do you do?

Dogleap are around limavady but they are mostly a racing club. Apart from that your looking at Foyle paddlers in derry, Causeway coast in coleraine or one of several clubs in belfast. Not much in the way of clubs west of the bann unfortunately though you will not be ...
