vertigo outdoor are running a rec 3 first aid course over 3 days at the end of august. the cost is €185.
Everyone attending will also receive a goodie bag of 1st aid kit contents including compeed dressings, burns gel, rescusitation shields, antiseptic wipes etc worth €75.
