There was a good article in Kayak Session a while back about the Alpine Kayak Club (well at least I think that's its name). They talk about a lot of the changes that have been made in kayak safety and who made them.

Pat Reid can run a course on 7th and 8th of March. I am thinking the UL boathouse for the location.

L3 and L4 proficiency paddlers will undoubtedly be paddling on rivers where the Low brace turn is useless.
